Sawn from the central part of the teak log, aged between 13 and 20 years.
Grade A and B mixed. No bark, no cracks and grooves beyond allowance, no dead/open knots, and no insect or defect holes. Grade C also available.

PLANKS
From the non-central part (free of softwood) of teak log 12 to 17 years old.
No defects: no bark, no dead/open knots, no pith, no grooves, no holes, and no cracks.
Could be dried (AD or KD) and/or planed (S4S and/or E4E).
Could be matched (for matching boards) or profiled according specification.
Thickness 18mm to 35mm
Width: 30mm to 150mm
Length: 400mm to 2200mm
Allowance: 2mm to 3mm on sides and 30mm to 50mm on length.
PANELS (EDGE GLUED)
Glued at high frequency with non-toxic and water resistant glue (type D4, ICBES E1 and CARB Standards)
Slats made of solid wood, dried and planed.
They can be produced with varying heartwood composition (70% to 100%) generating different patterns.

Origin and Phytosanitary Certificate provided, if necessary.
It is possible to load approximately 22 M3 (about 26 M3 with allowance) of wood per container (either 20’ or 40’). The large amount of heartwood in grade A lead to heavy pieces.
In 40’ containers the pieces could be packed on pallets, at an extra but relatively small fee, with separators between them to prevent fungi during long transits.
